How do I place an order?
Visit our [Shop Page], select your treats, add them to your cart, and check out through our secure payment system. You’ll get an order confirmation email right after.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location but generally take 3–5 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Can I pick up my order locally?
At this time, all orders are shipped. However, we do local pop-ups and vendor events where you can buy directly. Follow us on Instagram @IssaCrave to see where we’ll be next!

Do you offer allergy-friendly items?
Some of our products contain common allergens like nuts, dairy, and gluten. If you have a specific request, reach out before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate or suggest suitable options.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on food items once shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours and we’ll make it right!
